MOSCOW, Jan 24 (PRIME) -- Russia is in negotiations with Iran on construction of units of the Bushehr nuclear power plant, Press TV reported on January 22 citing spokesman for the Iran's Atomic Energy Organization Behruz Kamalvandi.
"Tehran and Moscow are in negotiations on construction of new units of the nuclear power plant in Bushehr," the channel reported.
The official said that the states will soon exchange delegations. If the project is fulfiilled, Iran plans to produce at least 10,000 megawatts of electricity with the use of nuclear power.
